Marg and Meghan

Mary Marg Helgenberger born 16 November 1958, is an American actor from the United States. She began in the early 1980s. From 1982 to 1986, she starred as Siobhan Ryan in the well-known program that aired on the daytime channel Ryan's Hope. Catherine Willows was her best role on the CBS drama police procedural. Crime Scene Investigation (2000-13) and the subsequent TV movie Immortality (2015). The role was reprised in Immortality's subsequent sequel Vegas (2022-present). Helgenberger also has a reputation for her portrayal of K.C. She won the Emmy Award in 1990 for Outstanding Supporting actress in Drama Series for her performance as Koloski on the ABC Drama China Beach from 1988 to 1991. Her other credits include roles in the TV series Under the Dome and Intelligence and in the film Species (1995) Species II (1998) Erin Brockovich (2000) and Mr. Brooks (2007). She is one of four children. McCain completed her studies at Phoenix Country Day School. She was also a student at Xavier College Preparatory a Catholic private school for girls. She graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Art History at Columbia University in 2007. She joined The View in 2017 and hosted the show from 2017 until 2021. McCain has received four Daytime Emmy nominations. McCain also became a Daily Mail journalist after her three-year stint with The View. McCain authored four other books Dad John McCain (2008), My Dad John McCain (2008), Dirty Sexy Politics (2010), America You Sexy Bitch A Love-Letter to Freedom, in 2012 along with Michael Ian Black and Bad Republican 2022.
