Summer Bishil

Summer Bishil, an American actress, is best known because of her portrayal as Margo Hanson on the Syfy the fantasy show "The Magicians" (2015 to date). The actress was previously recognized by playing an American girl aged 13 years old, Jasira Maroun. She is subject to emotional and traumatic experiences against the backdrop the U.S. invasion of Iraq in the Gulf War in the Alan Ball film "Towelhead". Her character was then selected as one of the '10 Actors to Watch' in 2007. She portrayed a powerful character, Taslima Jahangir, in the 2009 crime drama film "Crossing Over," where she was nominated for an Independent Spirit Award in the 'Best Female lead' category.
